Assembly New York accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or store credit. Please note that all vintage items and sale pieces marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our New York flagship location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
